Tiger beer Chicken stew for 2-3 person
Ingredients
2-3 Boneless chicken thigh cut into chunks
(or any of your preferred chicken parts)
2 medium size potatoes cut into chunks or size U preferred
1 carrot cut into chunks or size U preferred
10 button mushrooms
Diced red onions (yellow onions can be used)
3 cloves of garlic peeled
Fresh Rosemary 1 stalk
(U can use bottle Rosemary if u don't have fresh ones 1 teaspoon)
1 can beer
Chicken broth 1 cup with some extras
Lemon juice 2 table spoon
Step 1
Season the chicken with garlic / pepper and salt) and cost with some plain flour. Fridge it for 1hour or more)
Step 2
Pan seared the chicken till lightly brown with some butter and olive oil.
Step 3
Put in all the ingredients and stir fry for about 5-7min on high heat.
Step 4
Pour in some chicken stock to let it sizzle for couple of min. Then pour in the tiger beer. If the liquid is not able to cover the level of all ingredients, add in chicken stock or water. Turn to low heat cook with cover for about 30-40min. Once done add final seasoning with some salt to your taste preference. Final add some lemon juice.
U may serve with rice / dinner rolls or pitas.
