400ml Rice Wine,
100ml Water,
2 chicken thighs,
6 canned straw mushrooms,
6 Red Dates (soaked) and 6 pieces of sliced old ginger.
Steps -
Use 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to fry the ginger first then add Wine and Water to cook for 10 mins. Add chicken & red dates & cover lid to cook for 15 mins, add mushrooms and simmer for another 20 mins. Add salt if you prefer. Pls note this is to cook in Cast Iron pot. Normal may take longer time to cook.
