Ingredients
Fresh chick wings ( slit in the middle )
Indonesian potatoes ( sliced lengthwise )
Garlic cloves
Superior dark sauce
white pepper oyster sauce
sesame oil
sugar
water

Season wings with dark soy sauce , pepper and sesame oil for at least 2 hours
In a heated wok , add oil and fry garlic till slightly brown follow by wings. Fry on high heat till evenly mixed , add in potatoes and continue to fry over high heat till potatoes are coated with the sauce. Add water and more dark sauce , cover and braised over medium heat till potatoes soft and wings are tender and sauce thicken . Remove cover , add oyster sauce and sugar , mix well and cook for further 5 mins. Serve hot , guarantee kids will love this dish.
