2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp wine (I omit this)
1/2 tsp rose water (can omit if don't have)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp raw sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar
Mix all in a bowl and marinate chicken or pork 1hr or overnight. Cook in rice cooker or stove at low fire until sauce thicken up. Stir more frequent when sauce thickens up so it will coat evenly. Once sauce thickens, remove meat and toast in oven for 5 mins or when sugar in the sauce caramelized (can skip this step if lazy, haha).
