Stir fried Chicken with Black Fungus by JJ Lily Ooh

Ingredients:
1 chicken, chopped in chunks (Season with salt and pepper)Black fungus, soaked till soft
Ginger, shredded
Garlic
Seasonings
2 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chinese wine
Method :
1. Heat up sesame oil, fry ginger shreds and garlic till fragrant. Add in chicken, oyster sauce, dark soya sauce and light soy sauce. Stir fry over high heat for 5~8 mins.2. Pour in black fungus and chinese wine. Add 3 cups of water. Braise over medium heat for 10-15 mins or until chicken is tender.
