Steam herbal chicken by Sharon Foo





Recipe by Sharon - 2 thigh leg, marinate with 2-3tbsp oyster sauce, 1soya sauce , 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce 1/2tsp sesame oil, some pepper, abit corn flour n with tang gui n kor kee plus 2 tbsp water for many hours or overnight. 

Before you steam it pour 1-2 tbsp of DOM wine over it.

If you dun have you can omit it. Do adjust the condiments to your liking
