Here is the recipe that I use..

After 3 hrs till vry crispy. .

11/4 cup APF
Coat the chicken with Apf, place on baking paper
Left over flr add 1/2cup of corn flr
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry parsley

Whisk to combine

Crack one egg, beat n add it to the flour, 3/4 cup of milk. Whisk to combine.

3/4 cup of bread crumb n some parmesan

Use the coated chicken n dip it in the batter n coat with bread crumb n fry. Done!
