Cooked Winglets & Potatoes Stew using Cast Iron Pot


Ingredients
6 Winglets (marinaded with 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce)
3 Potatoes (cut with skin)
Ginger 3 slices
Some Chinese Parsley
3 tablespoons of Walnut Oil


Sauce
1.5 cups of Water
1 tablespoon of Black Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
2 teaspoons of Dark Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Sherry Cooking Wine


Method
Heat walnut oil and pan fry winglets till brownish on both sides, set aside.
Use the remaining oil to sauté gingers till fragrant then add potatoes and sauté for about 2 mins. Add winglets and sauce and cook till boiling, cover and simmer with medium fire for 20mins. Thereafter, on big fire and cook for 5 mins till gravy thicken. Sprinkle Chinese parsley before serve.
