Braised chicken
6drumstick chop into half
Marinate with 1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp pepper , 1/2hua diao jiu for at least2hrs or overnite

A) 3cloves garlic (chop finely)
7 slice ginger
1onion (cut into big cubes)
2small carrot (cut into yr prefer sizes)
2can straw mushroom (or your choice of mushroom)
1handful dried scallop
1handful dried oyster ( you can omit both if u dun like)

B) 1tbsp hua diao jiu
4tbsp of full brim oyster sauce (reduce to 3 tbsp if u are not heavy taste kind)
1tbsp dark soya sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp sugar
1tbsp corn flour mix all together with 100ml water n pour into yr wok/ claypot. (If using claypot pls pour hot water instead)

Sautéed garlic n ginger with 3tbsp of oil till fragrant then add in all the A and stir fry for 5mins.
Then add in the chicken n stir fry for 5mins n final step add in B . Then after stir fry for 10mins add in hot water till it reaches it's brim n let it big boil for like 5mins n then simmer it till sauces become like thicken kind n serve with rice.

You can add in whatever u like including your abalone ,clam , fungus, dried oyster, dried scallop. It's all your own tastebud.
