Ingredients
🍤500g medium fresh prawn.u may use live prawn if u can find
🍼Water enuf to cover the prawn
Wolf berries 2 tbsp
Sweet dang gui 4-5 pcs
Dang Shen 1 pc cut in small pcs
Yu zhu 6-8g
Dried longan 20g
Hua tio jiu 150ml
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Lee kum kee light soya sauce
🐌Directions
Cleaning of prawn
use scissor cut away the legs n
Device, pat dry
🐌Step
1) pour water enuf to cover the prawn in a wok.
2) add in washed dang gui, dang sheng, yu Chu and longan to boil for 10-15 min
3) water full boil add in prawn keep stir n add in wolf berries , hua tio jiu n pinch of salt n light soya sauce to taste.
4) must see if the prawn turn red switch off flame immediately n leave it for 5 minutes.
5 ) serve it hot.
📑Prawn should not overcooked. That's y u have to keep an eye on it n stir it when all turn red switch off immediately.
