Baked Chicken by Sharon Foo



Baked Chicken by Sharon Foo 
1 whole chicken. 
Cut into half like butterfly. 
I use about 100ml oyster sauce, 4tbsp sugar, 1tbsp sesame oil, 1/2tsp pepper, 1/4 wu xiang fen. Marinate overnight. 
Bake at 200 degree for 35mins.

Done!
