Minced Garlics & Shredded Gingers Bomb Prawns (蒜蓉姜丝爆香虾)by Helga Soo
Ingredients
1 kg XXL Prawns (remove veins back & front)
1 tbsp Minced Garlics
2 tbsps Young Shredded Gingers
50ml Water
2 tsp Knorr HaoChi Seasoning
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsps Cooking Wine (I used Sherry Cooking Wine)

Marinade Prawns (30 mins)
Some Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
Coat Corn Flour just before frying the Prawns

Method
Heat 3 tbsp Oil, stir fry Prawns till 50% cooked, dish out & set aside.
Same oil, add Garlics & Gingers and sauté till fragrant.

Add Prawns, Knorr Seasoning and Water, stir fry till Prawns are about to fully cooked
on high flame, add Dark Soy Sauce and Cooking Wine, stir for 10 seconds and off flame. Garnish with sliced chili and serve.
