Mayonnaise Meat Floss Cake


A. 120g butter
80g icing sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
20g mayonnaise


B. 1tsp baking powder
140g Self raising flour (shifted)


C. 30g meat floss


Decorations:


Some mayonnaise (into piping bag)
Some meat floss


1.A feeding butter, sugar n beat yntil smooth, slowly mix in the egg n mayonnaise
2. Add (B) and mix well. Stir in (C) material 
3. Pour into paper cups on the baking tray.
4. Preheat oven, bake at 150°c at 15 to 20 mins.
5. Remove, apply on the mayonnaise n sprinkle with floss.
