I pour about 4tbsp of light soya sauce, then put in 40g of 党参 (dang shen), 1 strip of 黄芪 (huang qi), 20g of 桂圆 (gui than), some 枸杞子 (wolfberries).
Then pour about 1 tsp of dark soya sauce on all the drumsticks before steaming. Once done, served hot!
