Ingredients -
10 full chicken wings (chopped the las part away)
2 tbsp wolf berries...
10 pcs red dates
20g ginger, sliced
Marinade (Wings) -
1 tbsp hua tiao jiu
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Steps -
1. Do the marinate for at least an hour.
2. Then add the wolf berries, red dates and ginger to the marination and mix well.
3. Take a big piece of aluminum foil and wrap these wings in with all the marination and fold up.
4. In ready boiling water - put to steam for 1hr 15mins or until meat is cooked.
