Pandan pancake by Lucy Ong

Method -

Use 200gms sifted plain flour.
50gms castor sugar.
100 ml pandan juice.
120 ml milk.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon dried yeast.

Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency.

REST IN THE FRIDGE. FOR HALF AN HOUR.

Before frying in a non stick pan,add 2 teaspoons cooking oil in the batter before going into frying pan.
