Eggless Pumpkin Kaya by Jessica Lim


Here the Recipe -

350g pumpkin
200ml coconut milk 
50g sugar
3pandan leaves (tight into a knot for easy removal)

Method
1. Remove the skin of pumpkin, cut into 
chunks

2. Steam the pumpkin in hight heat for 
10mins or till it turns soft

3. Put pumpkin, coconut milk n sugar in 
the food blender n blend until it turns 
to smooth texture 

4. Get ready the cooking pot, pour the
mixture n add pandan leaves into the
pot. Using low heat, constantly stir the
mixture till it turns to thickened custard
This procedures tke abt 2 5mins

5. Pour into container n let it cool down at 
room temperature before keep it in the 
fridge.
