Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
350g Bread Flour
2-1/4 tsp (1 package) Instant Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
225g Warm Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2-1/4 tsp (1 package) Instant Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
225g Warm Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Method:
1. Just combine dry ingredients, then add water and oil and knead until smooth & elastic. I did this by hand today.
2. Place in a greased bowl and rest for 1.5 hours.
3. Turn dough out onto a work surface without deflating, and divide into 3 piece.
4. Stretch each piece into a round disc appx. 10 inches wide and place onto a greased baking tray. (I use silpat)
5. Top with your favorite topping and rest for 15 minutes while you preheat oven to 225°C. Bake until golden.
