Braised Chicken feet with mushroom by Lily Png

- half Kg pre fried chicken feet (boiled in hot water for 10 mins to remove the oil)
-10 mushrooms -soaked

-1 small pack of 5 spices fr Giant
-2 pieces of ginger
-5 pieces of garlic
-1 chopped onion
-5 pieces of small rock sugar

Cooking:
-Fried ginger, garlic, rock sugar & onion till fragrant
-Add mushroom cut up if too thick
-Add 900g of water
-Add 1.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce
-Add 3 tablespoons of black soya sauce
-Add 3 tablespoons of soya sauce
-Add 1 teaspoon of salt
-Add 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder
-Bring to boil & let it boil for half hour for mushroom to soften
-Add chicken feet after 1/2 half n check water enough to cover the feet
-Let it boil for 2 hours till feet is soft n sauce thicken!!


Do add extra seasoning if needed to your taste!!
