Wasabi prawns by Esther Khoo Chai Hoon



Prawns :
16 pieces large prawns
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 full egg white
Cornflour

wasabi - mayo sauce:
300g mayonnaise
80g condensed milk
200g wasabi dressing
50g wasabi paste
50g fresh lemon juice

Procedure:
1) Clean prawns, wash with salt and cornstarch, set aside
2)Mix all ingredients for wasabi - mayo sauce , keep in fridge
3)Marinate prawn with salt, sugar,sesame oil, egg white
4) Heat oil , coat the marinate prawn with cornflour one by one
5) Deep fry prawn with very hot oil for abt 1 mins
6) use little oil, heat wasabi- mayo sauce, pour in all deep fry prawns, mix immediately !!
