Pancetta Rolled Prawns by Elektra Chan



Recipe for Pancetta Rolled Prawns.
10 Black Tiger Prawns
5 Pancetta or Bacon
2 tsp White Wine/Sake/Chinese Wine
Salt and Black Pepper

Butter
1. Devein prawns and seasoned with the wine, salt and black pepper.
2. Cut bacon/pancetta in half length wise.
3. Wrap the bacon/pancetta around the prawn and secure with a toothpick.
4. Heat butter in a pan and sautée the Shrimp on each side till golden browned. Done.
You can sprinkle some parsley flakes in it when u dish them up.
