Claypot chicken rice by Sharon Foo



Rice cooker 'claypot' salty fish with chicken rice by Sharon Foo -

Ingredients -

2cups rice
2lup cheong
4 chicken wings chop into half
5 flower mushroom
2 salty fish (omit if you dun like it)


Steps -
Marinate chicken, mushroom n lup cheong with 2tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tbsp sesame oil, 1tbsp cornflour n some pepper for like 2-3hrs
Put yr rice into rice cooker n let it cook. Do check on yr rice when it start to cook till like bubbles start to appear on rice (it should be half cook only at that point)then you add in the meat n put the salty fish on top n just let it till its totally cook. After its fully cooked you just pour shallot oil n dark soya sauce to mix it well n you are ready to eat


You can use claypot to cook this rice if you are not in a rush.
