Recipe:
500g chicken (cut small pic , cut use wing)
600 g rice ( raised)
Water is least abit less for nomal cook rice ( let say 500g u just put 450
5 pic dry mushroom (soak soft n cut )don throw the water
2 pic Chinese sausage raise with hot water take away the plastic n cut
40 g or more salted fish (fry until golden )
10g ginger cut very fine (otp)


1) marinade the chicken with 1/2 tbs light sauce, 1 tbs oyster sauce , 1 tbs HUA teow chiew
1/2 tbs sesame oil
1tsb white pepper powder
1tsb corn flour, add in the ginger juice marinade for one hour , ( I use to fry for a wile )


2) for the mushroom I fry without oil for a wile take out


3) put the rice into the claypot with the mushroom water n cover let it boil ,about 10 min open it n put in all the ingredients on top of the rice ,


4) lower the fire n cook for another 1o to 15min , (pls do not stir the rice )


5) until cook take out n serve hot n add in 6 n stir well .add in spring onion n fry shallot , Done . It will no spicy at all )

6) ‬dark sauce
1tbs Bark sauce
2tbs of shallot oil ( can use olive oil )
2tbs chilli sauce put in tgt n mix very well)


Done!
