Creamy Butter Prawns
Ingredients:
1/2 kgs Prawns
3 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tin Evaporated Milk (about 200gm but also based on agaration)
1 handful curry leaves (depends on your preference of the amount)
1 clove of garlic (minced it)
Small amount of Shredded Cheese
A dash of Garlic Salt
A dash of Pepper
A bit of sugar to taste
Methods:
1) Marinate the prawns with garlic salt & pepper. Leave aside or send it back to fridge.
2) With little oil, pan fried the prawns till half cooked (pinkish colour) then set aside.
3) Heat wok with butter. Stir the butter till melted. Put in the minced garlic & curry leaves then stir fry till fragrant.
4) Then, pour in the Evaporated Milk & keep stirring then let the sauce simmer a while.
5) Lastly put in the prawns. Toss the prawns evenly with the sauce & add in sugar & salt to taste. Ready to serve!
