Ingredients:
1/4 chicken
1 1/4 cup rice
1 1/8 cup water (for me I usually est.)
1 Chinese Sausage (sliced)
2 shitake mushrooms (soaked n sliced)
1 small slice of salted fish (slice into small pcs)
Shallots
Spring Onions
Mince Garlic

Seasoning
1 tsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of light soya sauce
1 tsp of datk soya sauce
1 tsp of hua tiao jiu
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of corn flour
Pepper
1 tsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of light soya sauce
1 tsp of datk soya sauce
1 tsp of hua tiao jiu
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of corn flour
Pepper
Method
Season chicken n shitake mushrooms together with oyster sauce, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, hua tiao jiu, sesame oil, corn flour n pepper for 3 hours or overnight.
Add in oil to claypot n add garlic n fry till fragrant. Add in 1/2 the chinese sauce n 1/2 the salted fish to stir fry for 1 min n put rice, in to stir fry n add a few drops of light n dark soya sauce for 2 mins.
Add in water n cook rice for 15 mins with medium fire.
Put chicken in when rice is 3/4 cooked n add in sausages to cook with medium fire after 5 mins turn to small fire n keeping watch to make sure the rice don't charr.
Once cooked, add some drop of dark soya sauce n spring onions n shallots.
