Chicken Rice by Sharon Foo





2 cups rice, half bottle instant chicken pre-mix , pandan leave 4stalk, 3slice ginger. Mix well together with 1/2 tsp salt.

Marinate chicken (i use 2 chicken thigh n i remove the skin)with 1/2 tsp soya sauce , 1/2 tsp sesame oil, abit cornflour. Put in the chicken only when the water starts to boil. If using whole drumstick then add into together from the start.
