Homemade Cranberry sauce by Kitty Katherine Koh -
Ingredients -
A packet of fresh cranberries, half cup of water, half cup of orange juice, 1.5 cup of sugar, 1 - 1.5 teaspoon of orange zest and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional). Stir over low heat until mixture has thickened. You may want to blend it to a smoother texture using a blender and heat it over the stove again. Thereafter cool it completely before storing into a container.
