Chicken Pork Floss by Sally Teo




Chicken floss (recipe by Wendy Chun)

Recipe-400g chicken fillet
31/2 tbsp fish sauce
7 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dark sauce
3 tbsp water

Method-1)Boil water to cook d fillets.
2) Mashed n tear d cooked fillets into shreeded form.
3) Add all d seasoning stir n mix well.
4) Pour into bread basket n press jam mode, let it run 2 cycles but check on 2nd cycle, my done 1st 20 mins of 2nd cycle.
