Chicken floss using breadmaker by Callie Lim

3 tbsp fish sauce
5 tbsp fine sugar
1.5 tbsp Kwang Siang Thye dark soya sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper
Method
1.Boil the chicken n drain them n let cool.
2. Place the meat in a ziplog bag with the seasoning n use a roller to roll over them to make the meat loose.
3. Pour the loosen meat into the BM n press the jam function for 2 cycles.
4. I add in sesame seeds n seaweeds at the 2nd cycle.
