Ingredients as below.
1) 南杏 (one n half teaspoon)
2) 北杏 (one teaspoon)
3) 300 grams chciken thighs or drumstick
4) wolfberry (one teaspoon)
5) one apple ( i use small apply size one)
Methods
Boil all the ingredents into a boiling water (1 litre)
Cook for abt 10 mins n then slow small fire for about 20mins.
Put sugar (one teaspoon) n small pinch of salt before serving.
It taste sweet n refreshing with apple flavour.
Guess it good for lung n complexion.
