宫煲鸡翅 by Sara Pang



Marinate chicken wings
1 kg mid joint wings
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper
1/2 tbsp Corn flour

Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
3/4 cup water

5cm ginger
10 pcs dried chilli (washed and cut half)
Spring onions (cut into 4cm length)

Steps:
Marinate chicken wings for 2 hours or overnight. Sautéed ginger and fried chili until fragrant. Pan fry chicken wings for 5mins. Pour sauce into pan. Simmer over low fire until the gravy thickens up, about 5-7mins. Put spring onions into the pan. Combine and serve. (I topped with coriander)
