Notes -
For the sauce I did it differently, I also added about 50g of raw cashew soaked overnight, pureed, add enough water to fill to 2 cups mark. Simmer the cashew purree with 12 tomatoes puree for about 40mins until thick. This is a dish for you to take our your Le Cresuet.
