Szechuan veg with minced pork by Richard Tan





Ingredients:

2 bulb of Szechuan veg
3 tbsp of mince pork
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp of oil

Soak Szechuan veg in water for about 1/2 hrs. Change the water twits. Otherwise will be very salty.

Slice veg into strips, not too thin as veg will shrink.

Heat up pan, medium heat, without oil. Fry the veg to get rid of water till volume is reduce by 1/3 or till veg is slightly dry but not to dry

In the mean time, add the spoonful of oyster sauce to the mince pork n mix it up. Set aside.

When volume of veg has reduced.
Add in 2 1/2 tbsp of oil to the pan and fry the veg to slightly brown.

Add in the mince pork and the 1/2 tbsp spoon of oil to Fry the mince pork and then mix it all up. Continue to fry for about a minute.
If its too dry. Add 1 to 2 spoonful of water. Ready to serve. Enjoy
