Recipe:
126g unsalted butter
64g icing sugar
30g full cream milk
126g wheat flour
60g Rice flour
Piping nozzle #853
Cream butter and sugar, add milk and lastly flour.
Bake @ 170 deg c for 15 - 20 mins
Result: more crispy cookies, rather crumbly.
Hi, is wheat flour the same as wheat starch (澄麵粉)? Do you mind to show a picture of wheat flour?
