地瓜球 Deep fried sweet potato balls by Lim HuiHui

Receipe;
400g sweet potato
Peel and steam for 25-30mins until soft.

Mash it

Add 120g tapioca flour.

Stir and make them even.

Roll into small balls (don't roll so big, small more crunchy)

And deep fried until golden brown

Ta dah!!
