Bamboo Charcoal Loaf with Butterscotch & Cranberries

Love the combination of Black & White colour.... Presently my Dual Tone Bamboo Charcoal Loaf with Butterscotch & Cranberries on each layer.. Like Bamboo Charcoal powder as it will give yr bread even softer texture....
*U can use any bread recipe that you like to make this..
Method :
- Function 8 for 20mins then stop.. Another 10mins on Function 8 again & stop..
- Take dough out to divide into 2 portion.. 1 of it put back to bm with Bamboo Charcoal powder (i put 2-3tsp, depend on how dark u wan), knead on fn 8 for 5-10mins..
- Rest both doughs for 10-15mins then roll flat & long... u decide on which colour u wan to be on top then put the other layer on.. (u can like me put filling in between each layer... After that roll up (try to roll tight to prevent big gap in between..
- Put back to BM to proof for 1hr...
- Bake for 40mins using Function 12...
