Recipe* 1 thin slice of szechuan veg, 1 slice of ginger, 5 pcs of red dates, half a large bittergourd ( save the other half to fry with egg!) approx $6 of pork ribs and 1 carrot. 6 bowls of water. Add salt to taste.
