Ingredients
1 kg of XXL Prawns (remove shell and shits)
1 Big Onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon of Minced Garlics
3 slices of Ginger
1 XL Tomato (cut & remove seeds)
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Some shredded Lettuce and little Chinese Parsleys for garnishing
Sauce
3 tablespoons of Ketchup
1 tablespoon of HP Sauce
1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of Honey / Sugar
1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon of Hua Teow Wine
3 tablespoons of Water
Dashes of Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon of Corn Flour
Method
Heat Oil, add Onions & Gingers and sauté. Follows by Minced Garlics & Tomato and sauté. Add Prawns and stir fry till 70% cooked, pour Sauce and stir fry till Prawns are cooked.
Dish out and garnish with Lettuce & Parsley.
