10 g glucose
150 g eggs
60 g castor sugar
60 g cake flour
1/16 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
45 g corn oil

WHIPPED CREAM BY KT
200 g fresh dairy cream, 35% fat, cold
1 tbsp castor sugar
1/3 tsp vanilla extract

Mine recipe for
RASPBERRIES WHIPPED CREAM
1. 60g of fresh raspberries
2. 200g of top whipped cream from phoon huat.
3. 1 lemon zest
4. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
5. 70g of icing sugar
Note: if you wish most sweet, you can add bit by bit more icing while whisking it.

DECO
STRAWBERRIES - 2 PUNNET for deco and to sandwich between the cake. You can have add more strawberries.

STEP 1
Make the raspberries into puree and add the rest of the ingredients with a low speed to mix all together and then high speed for still peak.
STEP 2
I baked 2 portions of the the short cake. follow the recipe and bake accordingly as per KT's steps. You can do one only and slice them into have.
