Ingredients
500g Salmon (cut into smaller pieces, marinade with salt n pepper, corn flour for half an hour)
2 Potatoes (cut)
1 Yellow Onion (cut)
6 Garlics
Some Chinese Parsley
1 Egg
500ml of Jap Seafood Stock
1 teaspoon of Jap Spicy Miso
Method
Use 1 tablespoon of Ghee to sauté Onions and Garlics till fragrant, add potatoes and sauté for about 5 mins. Add Salmons and stir fry till 20% cooked, add Seafood Stock and Spicy Miso and cook till boiling, dish out salmons and put aside.
Use medium fire and cook till the soup is slightly thicken, about 40 mins. Add egg, slowly stir and off fire after 10 seconds. Pour in the cooked salmons, sprinkle with Chinese parsley and ready to serve.
