Drunken fish in clay pot - replaced with red snapper fillet about 218 gm pls use non stick wok instead
Recipe
2tbsp oil
2 tbsp sliced ginger
3 stalks spring onion cut into strips
1 tilapia fish 600gm
Seasoning sauce
3 tbsp shaoxing or huatiao wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
150 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1 stalk spring onion shredded
1 sprig coriander leaves, plucked
2tbsp oil
2 tbsp sliced ginger

Method
1 heat oil in wok/ clay pot saute sliced ginger n spring onion till fragrant
2. Add fish n pan fry 2 minutes. One side only. Add seasoning, cover with lid n simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
3. Remove from heat, sprinkle with spring onion n coriander on top.
