Mayonnaise Roast Spring Chicken

Ingredients
Spring Chicken
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce...
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp pepper

Before bakg, mix well before adding 1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp mayonnaise

Before bakg early 1hr back out cold, so the chicken to room temperature n easy to bake. Adding mayonnaise n soften butter mix well.

Capped with aluminum foil pan. Bake fir 180 c fan 45mins fown the fire to 200c 5 to 10mins until golden brown or cook. (Oven temperature is adjusted according to ur oven).
