Recipe from Mary Berry -
4 eggs whisk with 100 gm caster sugar till triple in size, light colour n creamy looking
Sift in 65 gm self raising flour and 40 gm cocoa powder
Fold in using metal spoon
Pour into a Swiss roll pan size 33 cm by 23 cm greased n lined
Bake at 190-200 c for 10 mins
