Baked Salmon by Flora Ng

Ingredients:
200gm Salmon Fillet
1 tomato (cut into 8s)
1 stalk Autralia Parsley
Seasoning:
Lemon Pepper Salt Seasoning
2 tsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of mince ginger
Method:
Wash n clean fillet n drain dry.
Season fillet with Lemon Pepper Salt Seasoning with 1tsp of Olive oil for 2 hours or more.
Lay in baking dish, rub in mince ginger with 1tsp of olive oil.
Lay tomatos on the sides n sprinkle with Australian Parsley.
Put to bake at 180° for 30mins....
