Tom Yum chicken wings by Sara pang





Ingredients:
2 packet of Thai tomyam paste
1kg mid joint wings
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
5 pcs kaffir leaves (chopped)
1 cup water
5 clove garlic (chopped)

Directions:
Marinate the wings overnight with all ingredients except water. In a pot, throw in all marinate and wings, and fry for 2mins. Add in water and garlic and cook under low fire until water reduced. In 210C preheated oven, bake the wings for 7-10mins or under golden brown. Serve hot!
