For cereal pork recipe:
1 packet cereal
About 500g 假腰肉 (cut into slice)
Pork Seasoning:
1 tsp white pepper,
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light sauce mix all. Put in the fridge about half hour.
add 2 tbsp potato starch, 4 tbsp corn starch mix together when start to fried piece by piece pork slice into fry pan fried until golden put aside. Than follow the Cereal packet instruction do. ( I put 2 tbsp sugar)
** 1 or 2 tbsp light
sauce up to u. Cos the instant cereal already salty.
