Char Siew Chicken by Jane Lee




叉烧鸡腿饭 using Air Fryer without oil -

Here's the recipe for Char Siew Chicken -
1. Garlic x 1 (grate it)
2. 2 boneless chicken thigh x 2
3. pepper and salt

STEP 1
Marinate all above for 30min and set a side

STEP 2
2-3 table spoon of char siew sauce into the chicken and make them well coated and leave it for about another 20min.

STEP 3
Heat on the pan, and place the boneless chicken skin side down first for 3min and other side for another 3min. Off the heat.

STEP 4
Place the chicken thigh skin side down for 10min and on the other side for another 10min in AF.
*Note: in between brush some char siew sauce in between for a few times to get the shining glaze.
