Recipe: season meat with egg and salt for at least 4 hrs
Coat with cornflour and deep fried till golden brown, set aside!
Use oil that deep fry meat to stir fry red, green pepper, bamboo shot and
Onion, pour in sauce ( tomato sauce, mirin, lime juice and abit Maggie chilli
Sauce).. Quick fried till thicken , throw in pork... DONE!!!
