Steamed Glutinous Rice, with Homemade Braised Peanuts, Dried Shrimps, Mushrooms, Chinese sausages and Fried Shallots

Ingredients: 300g white glutinous rice (soaked for 1 hour), 2 tbsp dried shrimps, 10 pieces mushrooms, 100g braised peanuts, 1 piece Chinese sausages (diced), 3 cloves of garlic and shallots, 300ml water, homemade fried shallots.
Seasoning: 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, dash of pepper

Method: Heat some oil, stir-fried all the ingredients to set aside. Stir-fried the glutinous rice, add in the seasoning, water and placed them in a flat plate, ready for steaming. Steamed the glutinous rice for 10mins and stir the rice, place the cooked ingredients and bring back to steam for another 30mins. Garnished with fried shallots.
