Easy thick soup by Suri Aziz




Cooked an easy thick soup
1 1/2 cup water
1 large shitake
1 egg white
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy
1/2 ikan bilis cube
2tbsp tapioca starch
2tbsp water

Bring water to boil add in sauces and mushroom.
Once mushroom softened stir in egg.
Stir in tapioca starch mixture.
Serve with black vinegar and white pepper.
